A warm base layer top for the coldest conditions. 4-way stretch polyester stretch fleece is extremely soft. Modeled after a surfer’s “rash guard” this form-fitting layer keeps you toasty without being restrictive. This quick-drying base layer keeps you warm even when wet. Perfect under a jacket, dry top, or dry suit.
