Raft Cover from Whitewater Designs will take care of the road grime problem and it also protects rafts stored outside from the harmful effects of UV rays.
Made of 6.5 oz. vinyl-coated polyester with reinforced panels so you can use it when your rowing frame is on the raft. Cover has tie down loops around the sides and a bungee around the perimeter.
