The 10Barrel Maravia Scout Raft will be getting splashy on Idaho Rivers the rest of this season and be raffled off on September 30th to benefit Idaho Rivers United.

CRG has teamed up with Maravia and 10Barrel Brewing Boise and created some splashy rafts and a River Beer! Keep an eye out for them as they float the rivers and get splashy with it! If you see the “Beer Boat” or “Scout” raft, stop and say hi! They may just share some River Beer with ya! And if you are lucky enough to find them; post a photo of your splashy adventure with the Scout or Beer Boat on Instagram or Facebook use these tags and hashtags:

The Maravia Scout with 3 thwarts installed will be your go-to for splashy fun for you and your closest 6 friends! The diminishing tubes allow for more room in the bow and stern and lower profile in the wind. Run her as an oar rig and she is perfect for tight squeezes on multi-day expeditions. The 70” long straight section creates a perfect platform for an oversize box and cooler and 2-3 people when rowing.

We have teamed up with Maravia Rafts to, like a river, give back. Purchases of this beer and surrounding promotions (Raft Raffle, etc.) will aid Idaho charities and river organizations.

Scout Raffle Terms & Conditions
The purchase of raffle tickets will grant one lucky winner 1 (one) custom Maravia 10Barrel Brewing Scout Raft. Raffle tickets will be available until September 30th 2020, after-which the winning ticket (and winner) will be randomly selected. Winner will be responsible for any taxes or shipping costs.
In order to to eligible you must be at least 18 years old. A person must purchase at least one raffle ticket, but may enter the drawing with multiple tickets. A ticket purchased by an ineligible person is void, and cannot be a winning ticket.
Raffle tickets are to be purchased online at CascadeRiverGear.com, in-store at 604 E 45th St, Garden City, ID 83714, at McU Sports in Boise, ID or at 10Barrel Pub in Boise, ID.
The raffle will end on September 30th 2020 and the winner will be announced soon after the raffle end date. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing and will be notified by phone or email.
Decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Raffle. An entrant is not a winner, unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If a potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event the prize winner is disqualified for any reason, CRG and affiliates will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all remaining eligible entries.
The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Raffle; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Raffle.
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Boise, Idaho; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant claims all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce-ability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Released Parties in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Idaho or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Idaho.
