Returns & Exchanges

The team at Cascade River Gear wants to make sure that you are 100%, over the top, super excited about your gear purchase! If, for any reason, you are not feeling all of these emotions, please give us a call & we will make it right!

You have 30 Days from the Date of Purchase to return items for a full refund. CRG does not reimburse shipping charges. Returns are only accepted from original purchaser or original gift recipient. All returns received after 30 days, will receive an in-store credit for the amount the items were originally purchased at. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition: not used, worn, or washed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Our return policy is as follows: should you decide you do not want the gear you ordered, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number.  Give us a call at 800.223.RAFT (7238) and one of our team members will take care of you; or you can email us at Returns@cascaderivergear.com.  Include your order number, item you are returning, and reason for the return and we will provide your RA#.  RA#’s must be written on the outside of the packaging being returned.

Send the package prepaid and insured to Cascade River Gear Attn: Returns 604 East 45th St.*Boise* ID* 83714.  We process all returns on Fridays and you will see a credit appear on your card within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution. If your return is over 30 days from the Date of Purchase, you will have an automatic in store credit.
