Our Spring Thaw event would not be what it is every year without our generous rock-star vendors contributing to giveaways and repping their amazing brands we love to carry.

SOME AWESOME CHANGES for your support and advertising efforts. We added a tier to the donation level.

This year a top-tier donation of $1,500 retail value product or $750 monetary donation gets you an advertising spot inside our Spring/Summer/Fall 2026 Cascade River Gear Catalog, with all three drops being sent to our full nationwide Customer Mail List.

The Spring Thaw Event will be promoted on the back page of our first catalog drop that is sent to our full list, not just our local list. If you can donate at the top level, your advertisement will be added inside the catalog for all three drops.

Why contribute to & attend CRG Spring thaw?

Besides partying it-up and chattin’ with really rad river riders?

  • CRG will promote all the contributing vendors on the CRG website and on marketing emails for the two weeks leading up to the in-store event.
  • The one day event on March 28th will have:
    + Beer & food for sale
    + Free raffle drawings throughout the day keeps the crowds
    This attracts a crowd! More than 500+ people were in attendance in 2025! Mingle with the thriving river community, share expertise and riveting stories, network like a boss, and give a face to your brand. Cultivate meaningful connections to the products that accentuate and amp the superb quality.
  • Live Band, Bouncy House & River Games - we are calling it Raft Fort! TreeFort Music Festival is happening this weekend and brings 18-20K attendees daily! We will be part of their line up.
